Awning
These were used as garden canopies or shelters from the early 1900's until the 1950's - this is a faithful replica with a folding beechwood frame for easy storage. Takes seconds to put up giving protection on three sides and enough room for two chairs and a table - perfect for intimate tete-a-tete's! Looks stunning in the garden or on a beach - suitable for fine summery weather giving protection from the sun and light breezes. The canopy is not waterproof. Includes cotton ties to secure the canopy to the frame and a row of matching jaunty bobble fringing along the front edge. There is also a matching showerproof drawstring bag for the folded canopy when not in use. The awning measures 1.80m wide, 1.10m deep, 1.58m high at back rising to 1.75m at front. The beechwood frame folds up for postage in a box measuring 2.45m and the awning is posted separately. Available in two of our beautiful stripes.
