These were used as garden canopies or shelters from the early 1900's until the 1950's - this is a faithful replica with a folding beechwood frame for easy storage. Takes seconds to put up giving protection on three sides and enough room for two chairs and a table - perfect for intimate tete-a-tete's! Looks stunning in the garden or on a beach - suitable for fine summery weather giving protection from the sun and light breezes. The canopy is not waterproof. Includes cotton ties to secure the canopy to the frame and a row of matching jaunty bobble fringing along the front edge. There is also a matching showerproof drawstring bag for the folded canopy when not in use. The awning measures 1.80m wide, 1.10m deep, 1.58m high at back rising to 1.75m at front.
